– From mainland Cebu to Camotes
1. Head to SM City Cebu or the North Bus Terminal.
2. Ride a bus heading to Danao Port.
3. At Danao Port, ride a Jomalia RORO or fast craft to head to Camotes Island.

Things to do at Camotes

1. VISIT THE BEACHES OF CAMOTES
– There are a lot of picture-worthy beaches in Camotes. You should spend a day beach hopping and visit all of these: Santiago Bay Beach, Mangodlong Beach, Bakhaw Beach, Esperanza Beach, Tulang Diot Beach, Mactang Beach, and Buho Beach.

2. HAVE A FOOD TRIP!
– Camotes Island is a hotspot for food trips! There are a variety of cuisines served at different restaurants in hotels and even on local bars!

3. EXPERIENCE THE NIGHTLIFE
– The nightlife of Camotes can get wild! Visit the bars of the island and have fun.

4. SWIMMING
– Take a dip on the blue waters of the island. Make sure to ask locals where the safe areas to swim are located.

Reminders when visiting Camotes

1. We highly recommend renting your own motorbike in Camotes so you can visit all the different tourist attractions.
2. Bring cash as ATMs in the island are scarce and usually not functioning.
3. Bring a dry bag for your water activities and spelunking. This is to protect your items.
4. Remember to travel safely and responsibly.
5. Always ask locals or staff where it is safe to swim.
6. Keep a person on watch for your items.
7. Respect the environment.
8. Clean up after yourself and throw your garbage properly.
9. Bring along coral-friendly sunscreen.
10. Don’t forget to bring a powerbank with you for use when you’re jumping from one attraction to another.
